Unang commendation ko to sa trabaho kaya I'm very happy. Sinend ni User kay D, yung crush ko na TL namin. Habang natataranta ako sa pag resolve ng issue ng ibang user, sinend ni D yung screen shot ng commendation sa GC. Pampagana daw. Kinilig ako ng very slight. I actually knew though. Sinend kasi sakin ni user at ansabi, 3x nya daw sinend para sure. Tamis no?

I am writing to you to let you know that I just had the most positive experience in problem resolution with Z. She did an excellent job in resolving a malware issue and she was so efficient. Her communication was excellent on next steps etc. via jabber. Her work was the most helpful and efficient service that I have received. She fixed a problem that has been ongoing and was a reoccurring issue. She should be commended for such excellent work.
